We had a great stay. The staff were kind and friendly. The room was very clean and exactly what we needed for a short stay. The location is great and a short walk to many different areas. I would absolutely stay here again!

This was my first time in New York and everything about this trip was excellent. The hotel was located in the perfect location, close to everything. J definitely plan or returning at some point and i will definitely stay here again. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Staff were very pleasant, and the location was quiet. The rooms were a decent size, but were in desperate need of an update. Beds were very springy and uncomfortable, bathroom door could not close unless slammed, enamel in bathtub chipping off, gouges in both bathrooms and main doors evident, walls were dirty. The walls were thin and you can hear your neighbors talking. We were comped one free breakfast from management as a result which was kind, given we were a family of four, valued at $25 each. It had minimal selection and did not look appetizing, so none of us really ate. Overall, it was as reasonably priced for NY standards, so I guess you get what you paid for.

The ladies at the front desk were fantastic! Kim in particular was very kind and accommodating. The hotel was in a walkable area but the room we were in was dark and the paint on the ceiling in the bathroom looked like it flaking off.
