I love this hotel. It’s our second stay here, and it’s definitely one of the hotels with roomier rooms. No problem with cleanliness. The staff has always been great. It’s a great location in flower alley with two different subway lines on each end of the block. Will definitely return!

I stayed here for five nights over marathon weekend. It was a good stay, close to the subway - right at the end of the block. The staff was very welcoming, and i had nice room on 15th floor. it was clean and (for NYC) spacious. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast, but did enjoy the free coffee. I would definitely return.

Hotel was dirty, bed was lumpy and street was noisy. Hotel manager was great though and good enough to refund the whole stay. His actions and his way of dealing with the complaint was exceptional.

Room Shower regulator knob was broken and didn’t get fixed until late on our second day. Tub needs resurfacing or updating. Toilet made a loud noise after flushing and didn’t stop for a few minutes. Phone system in room in terrible. Staff at front desk was great though.

Our stay in your hotel was great, thanks to its excellent location, which made it easy to visit the tourist attractions on foot. However, we did notice a few areas for improvement. The cleaning staff didn't vacuum or clean the floors and carpets in our room for the entire week of our stay. Additionally, the sheets didn't appear to be changed during our stay, which was a concern. The noise levels around the hotel were also quite high throughout the night. Despite these issues, the location was truly a highlight.
