Great location, but otherwise average

Great location and clean. Rooftop bar has a great view. A couple of things that we didn’t like. The queen bed was too soft for us and sinking some in the middle with 2 people. And the rooms are really dark. No overhead lighting and just ambiance lighting in the room and bathroom.

Hotel staff was nice. The room is small but it’s NYC! Overall establishment is Clean! The bathroom was nice and clean as well. Overall enjoyed the hotel and would book again! Walking distance to Madison Square Garden, the Edge, Time Square, Joe’s Pizza, shops and more!

Hotel was nicely located in mid-town. The room was comfortable and clean. I would also call it good-sized for a NYC hotel room and it was very quiet. Only negative is that the rooms were really dark, not a lot of lighting.

The property was beautiful! The staff (especially the staff at the front desk area) were AMAZING! SO helpful! The rooftop bar and terrace were incredible and so nice! I only wish they had had some domestic beers, and maybe a bloody mary available. The rooms were beyond small. It was a very scary thing to get up in the middle of the night. You literally had to walk sideways to get to the bathroom. There is no where to put your clothes other than the closet. I wish it had had a light. The whole room needs more light. (especially the bathroom along with a magnifying mirror) My husband is very tall and I literally had to walk over his legs to use the restroom in the middle of the night. It was just scary. I had asked if they had a larger room but this was the biggest? I would have paid above our $1000 for 2 nights for more room. Very pricey but we did have a great time in NYC. Perhaps we are just not used to sleeping in a room with just a bed and no where to move around. Next time we'll definitely look for more square footage before we book. Management was over the top AMAZING! If the rooms were bigger, we'd be back for sure!

Fun place to stay for a few days.

Hendricks was a fun place to stay. It is in a grest location, being close to Times Square and Broadway. Each room is super small. The shower is really powerful. The rooftop bar is really cool. You can find yourself waiting a longtime for an elevator.
