My Mistake = Lower Eastside is for Young Party Goer’s Streets are Very Noisy and Popular. Never got Quiet until After 2pm. Windows could have been More Noise Insulated. I was on the 5th Floor Room 0513 overlooking orchard st Note - Staff was Very Friendly and Helpful as much as possible

Staff very nice, room clean. However there is a club on the top floor of the hotel that goes late into the evening and you can hear the thumping music on every floor as there is a vent that runs the length of the building - you cannot believe how loud it is in the hallway. Once in our room it was a little more muffled, but you can still hear it. I will never stay here again, it's truly shocking that they run that club and think that people can rest at night. They offered to let us change rooms - but also said they could not guarantee other rooms would be more quiet. We typically stay across the street at Ludlow, but thought we would try Indigo since it was a bit less expensive. Lesson learned, we will go back to the Ludlow.

room furniture was dirty and old and Holiday Inn has better furniture than this. I asked for a wake up call which never happened. Staff is uncaring and unprofessional. The morning doorman/security person did assist me with carrying the luggage to the taxi and was the only staff that was friendly and caring.

The room was nice, very clean. The staff friendly. Our room wasn’t quite ready at 3:00. They had us sit in the lobby but no one told us when the room was ready. I went back to the desk to ask. It was ready.
