Good hotel and close proximity to all tourist spot

I stayed there for 2 nights, the receptions are really customer friendly and very helpful which was the best part of the stay. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is I was given a different room then what I booked, the manager later changed me to my room but the heat wasn’t working. I was changed to another room the following day. Overall good hotel and will go back

Friendly staff at front desk, and the desk was always well staffed (short wait, if any) Clean rooms. Comfy beds & linens Plenty of room. Roof top bar with great view of ESB - great staff there as well

There was a light in the room that spazzed out for five minutes before turning on. We could not access our room at 5 pm while trying to get ready for dinner because house keeping was inside and the room was turned upside down. Staff was nice.

Overall everything was great. It feels more like a boutique hotel than a Hyatt which was nice. Staff were so nice and helpful. Had an issue with the heat but they took care of it quickly. Room was new and super clean. Would definitely stay here again.
