This hotel was excellent! The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the amenities were so good. The 24 hr. snack room was perfect, and they had an amazing coffee machine we used every day to make espresso drinks. The location was perfect for us, as this was our first trip to NYC, and we were able to get everywhere we needed to get from this central location. I'd book here again in a heartbeat!

The hotel needs upgraded. The blinds in the room did not work properly.Terrible traffic and construction noises throughout the evening making it almost impossible to sleep. The amenities are great with the guest lounge offering complementary water, snacks drinks throughout the day. However, I could never stay here again. Restaurant was good.

We had a great time at Library Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, though a bit too warm. We loved the Reading Room and the bar on the top floor. The location was also excellent. Convenient to go anywhere! We will be back!
