Spacious room. Very poor cleaning. Moved out of first room as bathroom towels were filthy (soiled) and soap dispensers were mostly empty. Almost seemed like a stitch up from a disgruntled cleaner. But very poor first experience after an 18hr flight. Offer of one free drink didn’t real cut it for the inconvenience of moving rooms and missing dinner. Otherwise the hotel was fine.

The staff was excellent and the room was clean and good but it’s all about the views and location which this hotel provides at every turn. Even the windows by the elevators offer spectacular views. And walk outside to Times Square.
