overall great hotel in an area easily accessible by train and car. the biggest issue is the walls are made of paper, couldn’t sleep listening to the grating elevators every 5 minutes throughout the night

The staff was absolutely amazing!! From the front desk to the bar... just top notch!! What I didn't like was that I couldn't get an uber pick up at the door which was an inconvenience. I will come back! But this needs to be addressed!

They charge me $25 extra dollars for not reason and they force me to use those $25 in breakfast or anything from the bar. The day that I was leaving I asked in the front desk to reduce those $25 from what I paid for my breakfast and they told me that is the deduction from taxes when I already paid eve the day that I book my room. They are stilling money and did already with me
