It says it’s a 4 star but it actually looks more like a 2.5 Staff was ok. They gave us a room with a double bed and said it was a queen. I asked to be changed and they refused. Pictures in the website are totally deceptive. I would not recommend them and would not stay there again even if it was for free.

It’s a great location. Nicest staff. But it’s super loud. Not talking about the NYC streets, it’s the other guests and cleaning crew. The halls are so narrow they’re constantly hitting your door. It was bad. And a bummer. You can literally hear the TV in the next room word for word.

Great location! Room was small but clean and suited or needs. I would stay again only if I could stay on lower floors as this stay. Elevator VERY slow and many people lined up at times to use it. I used the stairs most of the time.

Room was clean and good for two people. Elevators took a very long time to come and we often ended up taking the stairs and staff were not super pleasant, but other than that good location and did the trick for a two night stay.
