Front staff helpful -- Benjamin very prompt and courtious. Great customer service skills. All the door men are prompt and helpful too. The cleaning staff were great at tiding up the room daily. Only concern was the bathroom had cracks in our shower floor. The elevator ran so slow. Lots of guests and the lobby is so small and cramp... not really a lobby but a hallway to elevator.

I reserved a room with a view. My view was a wall:( When I asked to change the room I was told that the place was all booked and nothing was available. The hotel is on 8th ave and street noise was heard all through the night. Otherwise everything was fine.

Great location for a business trip

Great location near Penn Station. Rooms were clean and relatively quiet. I would not recommend the restaurant there. Also took a while to get checked bags, just plan accordingly.

The hotel added the cost of bottled water to my credit card that I didn't use. When I contacted the hotel about the issue I was met with resistance for a credit. After discussing the issue with the manager she reluctantly agreed to issue a credit.
