The reason for only three stars is because they elevator wasn't working and I had to walk down from the fifteenth floor to checkout. When I called the front desk beforehand to let them know that there was a problem, they said that they would get back to me but never did. Thus the reason I had to walk, plus I'm nearly 70 years old. Not happy!

The room was nice location is great but they need to upgrade their bedding.The bed isn’t so comfortable and pillows awful not firm at all. Our TV wasn’t working neither was the phone in the room. Did go to guest services but no help wanted to change our room but nothing of the same value plus they stated the temperature in the other options wasn’t regulated. Then I received my receipt and they charged me 131.42 for Channel retail but nobody can tell me what’s that for. Waiting on management to give me a call or be available.

What breakfast? I was not aware of a breakfast! Would have saved me a bundle. The door to my room and the next room we're literally just a couple of inches apart. There was banging of doors into the wee hours of the morning and started again before daylight. Both nights. Very noisy and disturbing. Staff were excellent. Good location for sight seeing and just wandering about.

Room appeared to be very clean. The water in the shower definitely could’ve been hotter. I went down to the front desk to ask where to get ice and the worker had no clue. There was also a squeaking animal like sound coming from the vent in our room at night that stopped when we turned the lights on. Not sure what to make of that.
