Don’t stay here

Really dirty room, dirty tissues in the floor and behind the night stand. I accidentally stained the top sheet eating dinner, they cleaned my room and it was still there. Bathroom was not clean, windows etc also not clean. The deadbolt did not work when I arrived and the latch lock was also removed. Very weird vibes, do not stay here especially as a solo female traveler. Could not wait for my trip to end here.

First room was outdated with broken items/torn carpet so we asked if we could move rooms. The second room they gave us was really nice and seemed newly renovated, perfect for our week long stay. Would stay in the second room again.

OK Stay

Pictures show better than in person, less than average bedding, pillows etc, key not always working and having to address it everyday. Didnt have a hotel feel as I have experienced in other hotels.

We enjoyed our stay but the carpet was fairly dirty under certain areas and the tv remote had this nasty geease feel to it. Overall the staff are fairly nice and professional.

Stayed in Soho for first time after years staying in midtown. Much quieter nights sleep! Hotel was clean, beds comfy. Each staff member we came in contact with were friendly, helpful and pleasant! There is no parking or valet service but you can pull in front of hotel easily enough to unload bags & park a walkable distance. One of the fewer hotels with double bed rooms & rooms a decent size. Has slightly noisy bathroom pipes during bathroom use but did not last long. Overall enjoyable stay!

Horrible Pick Another Hotel

The property is run down and dirty. There were people in the hallways loud throughout the night, making it very hard to rest! The water constantly leaks from the faucets so you hear the dripping effect all night. They could do a better job with cleanliness. On the 10th floor when you exit the elevator there is blood on the wall. It’s like why hasn’t that been cleaned yet.
