Die Lage ist gut, Times Square und Empire sind zu Fuss schnell erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und war sehr um unser Wohl bemüht. Einmal hatten wir plötzlich Wasser, welches von der Decke tropfte. Wir haben es dann an der Rezeption gesagt. Als wir einige Stunden später ins Zimmer zurück gingen, wurde der Schaden bereits behoben. Ein anderes Mal klemmte der Rollo am Fenster. Auch da kam einige Minuten schon jemand vorbei um es auszutauschen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Wir durften gegen eine Gebühr auch zwei Stunden später auschecken, was uns sehr entgegen kam. Das Frühstück war ok. Leider gibt es immer noch Plastikbesteck und Kartonteller. Man musste auch teilweise länger warten bis man sich hinsetzen konnte, weil es zu wenig Tische für die Hotelgäste gab und der Ansturm gross war. Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet war eher bescheiden. Aber grundsätzlich fanden wir, dass es ein super Hotel für unsere Reise nach NY war.
