Clean hotel. Very central location but probably wouldn’t walk this area alone at night. Breakfast area was packed each morning too crowded and we ate elsewhere. Friendly staff. Fine for a place to stay as we spent most our time outside of the hotel and just needed a room to sleep.

This is one of the few properties in NYC that has 2 queen bed rooms. They had a great free breakfast selection with hot food, pastries, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, etc. There was also free drinks in the evening for rewards members. The staff was friendly and helpful. A ring fell behind a crack on the bedside shelf and they had a maintenance employee up there within 5 minutes and he worked until he retrieved the ring. The two cons are the TV was oddly placed to the right of the beds where it would be difficult to watch from the bed on the left. Also, the bathroom is very small and only has a sliding door that isn’t sealed when closed, but this may be typical for New York, where space is limited.

We got the king room it was prettt comfy, no view but that was ok. The staff were great friendly , helpful , nice (Jeffrey Andrew Stephen and Kevin) Kevin the bartender at bar 1905 in the hotel was awesome very friendly made our stay extra special by making great drinks and giving us some good recommendations. I give this place a 10/10 because the staff made it welcoming and that’s what really matters when going into a hotel. Thank you and hope we get to see you guys again

This hotel is conveniently located to Penn Station, restaurants, Times Square, Hudson Yards, etc. It feels quite safe. My room was clean and very quiet. While the room was on the small side, it was big enough, & what to expect in NYC. The staff are professional & accommodating. I have no complaints! This was my second time staying here, & I would stay here, again.
