They offered breakfast after we complained about how dirty the bed and pillows were but they never sent anything! Dirties bed I’ve ever seen, they changed the sheets after we complained but mattress cover had stains all over, we asked them if they have a new one to put but the response was we don’t have any extra!!! It took an hour to came and changed the sheets . We couldn’t put our heads on pillows as you see ithe stains n the pictures. We were up all night!!!!

The hotel location was perfect for all Midtown activities and sights. Rockefeller center, Central park, Radio City, Times Square to name a few. Easy to check in, rooms were spotless, and a local restaurant... Perfect for a quick weekend in and out of the city.

Was given the wrong room and their only comment is that is was the third party’s fault(aka Travelocity). Was supposed to have a balcony with a partial mid-town view. We were in a room on the second floor looking at ugly gray concrete walls.
