This isn’t the fanciest hotel, but so many other details make this a 10/10 stars! The people who work there are top notch, friendly and helpful (easy check in/out). The rooms/linens/beds were super clean and comfortable. Bring your own water bottle (small plastic bottles are also available), there is a chilled, filtered water station on every floor. The 2nd floor has a coffee/tea station (also a nespresso in each room). If you are playing tourist, the location could NOT be better!

Great location near Times Square. We visited during the Christmas holiday, and it was the perfect place to stay—just steps away from Rockefeller Center. We got a perfect view of the city, which made our stay even more special. The hotel is clean and beautiful, with excellent customer service. We also loved that dogs are allowed at no extra cost. We truly found a gem in the heart of Times Square and will definitely book this hotel again in the future. ✨🏙️🐾

Room was great, staff was very helpful, location is wonderful for an American Girl experience! The lounge was a great perk for before our room was ready and then while waiting for a taxi to head back to the airport hours after we checked out but they held our bags.
