The property was easy to get to from JFK, taking the subway. It's pretty much right across the street from Rockefeller. There aren't that many amenities other than the free water on each floor, but the staff was always extremely friendly and offering to go out of their way for different things. It seemed they stopped doing room service after 2:00 p.m., so if you want new towels you'll have to ask. I don't think I had room service the entire time I was there unless I asked for extra towels. It was pretty quiet for the location, and I got upgraded to a larger room I think, but the view was basically the wall of another building. I would stay again though because it felt pretty quiet and safe and the location was pretty exceptional. But otherwise it's nothing fancy. Although I will say there were tons of convenient things in the room like a fridge, the coffee maker.

This hotel was one of our best stays in NYC. Very easy check-in, staff was very helpful. Rooms are very generously sized. Great location and very quiet, didn't know we were in the heart of Manhattan. Looking forward to next visit.

Great location - great amenities! The room wasn’t ready in time for our 3pm check in which was disappointing but was ready shortly after. We needed some supplies restocked during our stay which they brought right up but everything was one at a time so we had to contact them repeatedly which became annoying but otherwise everything was great. There were no issues that would prevent me from staying again.

5 STARS for a 3 star hotel

Amazing stay and ideal location for broadway shows, shopping, and restaurants. Central to nearly all subway lines. Though some of the furnishings/furniture of the hotel are slightly tired, the beds were so comfortable and luxe and the rooms are soundproof (for NYC, this is not typical). The room and bathroom are tiny, but very clean - The staff was super helpful, kind, and hospitable!

This is our go to hotel! It’s so convenient to the subway or uber rides and you can walk to so many different areas in the city. The best thing is, the staff is incredible! They all truly care about the guests and are always there to answer questions!
