Our stay was excellent-the staff is exceptional and very attentive and friendly. The location simply cannot be beat. Steps from Rockefeller Plaza, short walk to Central Park and a myriad of shopping and dining options. I highly recommend this lovely hotel!

Everything stood out but what I felt was the best is that the manager was there off of her shift and she went out of her way to give us a very warm welcome. The entire staff was wonderful. This hotel is nice and quaint and quiet and I will definitely be back.
