Staff is nice however the balcony portion of the room is misrepresented in the pictures on their site which was the deciding factor for me in choosing the hotel being that it has no amenities. So disappointing and the front desk clerk agreed that info on the website is misleading being that only one suit has the terrace open large balcony. At a cost of $800 that should definitely be stated. I feel deceived and will definitely escalate the issue.

The staff were great. It’s a great location if you want to be in walking distance to broadway shows, Rockefeller, Times Square, the subway etc. Also perfect if you want to watch the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. We got outside at 5 am and had a front row view of the parade just down the street from the hotel.

My family and I had a wonderful experience staying here for a night while visiting the city. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the valet parking was very convenient. The hotel’s modern and updated decor added to the overall pleasant experience. We’ll definitely be back!
