From check in to check out, the staff is top notch - friendly, professional & accommodating. We requested more towels and they were delivered in minutes. The standard room is much larger than a typical city room and has a very large bathroom (with robes) as well. The decor is modern and has some cool details. The location is very safe and a half block off Times Square, so very convenient. There is a nice lounge/ bar off the lobby to relax after a long day. We were a family of 4 and would stay here again. I would stay without the kids too. This boutique property was a fantastic find!

The Muse is a complete rip-off. Grossly overpriced for terrible service. Staff were rude, arrogant, and unhelpful. I complained both at the facility and later in writing—no response. Instead, they posted a generic reply to my review that didn’t address a single concern. Unprofessional and disrespectful. Avoid this place at all costs.
