Last stop on a cross country trip, and sadly our run of good luck with hotels and people we'd met came to an end.
From literally the first moment we walked through the door, the general mood of the majority.of the staff was that they're job would be so much easier without guests.
Very unwelcoming greeting with minimal information provided at checkin, including not advising/confirming that there is no breakfast on a Sunday.
The rooms are very dated but are clean and tidy. The internal and external noise is considerable, party due to traffic which they obviously cannot do anything about, but also because the door handles cannot be turned when leaving the room, meaning that every departure is accompanied by a loud echoey bang.
Housekeeping is excellent and looked after us fantastically.
The demeanour and attitude of the staff was confirmed upon our checkout when our cheerful goodbye and thanks was greeted with absolute silence and ignorance from the four people behind then desk (one of whom was the unwelcoming lady from initial check-in)
Overall the Leo.serves a purpose and is in an excellent location, but is sadly let down by the majority of front facing staff and very loud and sleepless nights
