All rooms in this hotel are not inspected when people check out for the next guest. I got injured due to the room bathtub being broken and they just offered free breakfast. Rooms were so dirty and staff were rude.

Highly recommend coming here. Staff was friendly and located at a nice part of town. The room was small but perfect for going to sleep on clean linen and a clean bathroom. The style of the interior I modern mixed with metro. Breakfast was the best I’ve had. Sausage, fluffy eggs, potatoes and some pastries.

Expedia sold me a package, all taxes and fees included, then charged me a "destination fee" for every day. The noise in the hotel was very high, very poor maintenance. Very bad idea.

I had reservations about arriving having read some of the reviews online. However the queues when we arrived were short. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The hotel is expensive but that’s the same with any NYC hotel. It was surprising to learn that you have to pay to store your bags on the last day if you have a late pick up for the airport. The location though is great and easy to walk to Time Square. Ask for a room on the highest floors and the noise levels are fairly low.

Quaint and cozy, great location & ok service

Cozy rooms, some quite small, but as a solo traveler I didn’t mind that, I like the character of the hotel overall.Small but significant thing; I really appreciated the strong water pressure in the shower (a rarity) and fairly deep tub.
