The staff was very welcoming and friendly they even let us check in around 11:30am when our check-in was 4 o’clock. This helped us out greatly because we had a place to keep our bags when we went after that to stand on the Broadway line to buy tickets for a matinee and have an early lunch. They gave us a $35 credit to use for breakfast or at the bar which just very nice. The only complaint we really have is that the noise level in the hotel room is right near the ice machine which nobody used it in the middle of the night thank God, but it’s definitely loud and the plumbing and noise from other rooms traveled around pretty easily so there’s a sound issues in the sound from the street with the garbage trucks and what not but overall the friendly staff Made up for the sound inconvenience.
