Great staff and location

The staff was so nice, the breakfast and coffee offerings were convenient. Room was a little hot, AC didn't go very cold, but otherwise a great stay.

Great location. Two blocks from the subway, easy walking distance to Union Square and West Village. Quiet, clean room and very comfortable bed. Will stay again!

Lovely Abode

The location is fun. The service and friendliness of staff is fantastic. I liked my room but foot of bed was only a foot from wall, which had a tv on it so it was tricky to scoot by to always get from closet or entry way to desk/bathroom. Two people in this room would feel tight.

Excellent boutique hotel in Chelsea

This was a great find -- well-located, bedroom slightly small and dark (which is usual for New York) but very clean and modern in the furniture and fixtures. At check-in you receive vouchers to use at the lobby bar which offers a very decent continental breakfast. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff and elegant decor. Don’t expect spaciousness in central Manhattan but the two of us had no problem with space. You get a $40-token for every night you’re staying to use on anything at the cafe/bar - which is a lot, so if you only spend roughly half of its value, you get a one-drink-token (alcohol included) as change. Whoever thought of this and decided on this should get a raise. Will definitely be back.
