Thank you, Anaise and Lorennr! You made my stay unforgettable! Everything was perfect! I had a complimentary wine and a lovely handwritten note waiting for me. I love the design of the bedroom; everything was super clean and classy. The breakfast and coffee shop area was a huge plus, and my cappuccino was delicious! I'm definitely coming back!

Fantastic boutique hotel In the heart of Chelsea. Very stylish, great design choices, room was quiet. Lots of attention to detail. Very welcoming staff and great breakfast/coffee area by reception.

Property was great, but when we arrived they charged more than the amount stated on the booking. We were able to show the paperwork for the booking but they didn't care and gave no concession or explanation - just pay it or cancel, so we had to pay.

The outdoor upper deck was closed. The weather was nice enough for us to still hang out there and have a gathering of 10 people for an hour. They were so nice to let us use it. But since we were paying a $40 a night amenities fee/property fee. I was glad they said yes to our request to use the space.

A Little Bit of Europe in Chelsea

This was a quick overnight trip to attend a trade show. What a treat the Moore is. The reception was very friendly. The room typically NY small but efficient and well designed. Loved the bathroom. Common areas and gym were perfect. Definitely has the vibe of a small European hotel. Will definitely be back on future trips
