Despite booking back in Feb, upon check in we were told the hotel was fully booked so we weren’t allocated a very good room, but could come back down to reception the following morning… not what you want to hear after a full day travelling.
When taken to the room, there was no window so no natural light but even the artificial lighting available was poor. As much as bed was made each day, floor wasn’t cleaned. Towels had black stains on them. Walls were thin, with staff talking loudly in corridors from early hours of the morning.
On the plus side, bed was really comfortable and the hotel itself is in a great location
