When we dropped our bags off before checking in, they said there was a bathroom to the right and so i went and another employee showed me to it. it was pitch black and they got their flashlight on their phone and said here's the stall. They said the hotel just hasn't turned the lights on, but go ahead anyways. I declined to use the restroom in the pitch black darkness.
Our room was also positioned right above the bar and you could hear the thumping music past midnight. As well as every sound from our neighbors or those in the hallway. In the early am you could also hear loud construction like noises coming from the hallway.
There also wasn't an option for a card on the outside door handle for sleeping/room service. We were woken up by knocking in the morning although we decided to sleep in.
These are just a few examples why i wouldn't recommend the hotel to others or return myself.
