Rooms are beautiful but the front desk staff are so empathetic. They make you feel like you’re inconveniencing them when asking for something basic fixed like hot water for the bath tub. Even when you tell them every day for 5 days, they’ll tell you they’ll get it fixed, not fix it, and then proceed to never follow up about it. And I’m the a-hole, right? Sure some things were comped but never felt whole or cared for.
