Ok hotel, unhappy with pre-payment procedures

Stay was fine. It's location really, closest to where we needed to be, however, it's the second time that the hotel charges my cc used to reserve instead of the cc's showed at property, which creates issues for me in the back end. Will stay at Dream next time, the Standard just won't fix the problem and states that are doing everything right, despite being the only hotel that pre-charges first night when selected 'pay at property'

Hotel was nice but the air was freezing put the heat on all the way to 76 and was still cold only by the morning when the sun came up to the room start to warm up. We had the corner room with the tub, but there is no door to stop the cold air from coming in while taking a shower so it was very cold. They would need to adjust that or put a door there.

Unforutnately there was no hot water for the showers during the time that we stayed at the hotel. In the middle of winter, this isn't fun. Also the front desk people didn't even act like they were enjoying their job. If they don't like to be in customer servicen they shouldn't work there
