This was our first family visit to NYC, and I would stay here again. The staff was very kind to us and our children, the location was good for walking and the room was great and spacious for the price.

Love the location and the history of this hotel, which is in generally good condition but some of the room appointments are tired or worn out. It falls somewhere above a mass market hotel and below a luxury hotel. Room amenities are average at best.

W what stayed five nights at Warwick. The location is great and walkable to so many places. A lot of food options near by too. We stayed in premier suite and it was great except the air condition. The air condition unit made a lot of noise all day the one that was in our room. At times it was hard to fell asleep other than that everything was great. We could have changed the room but we didn’t do it.

Absolutely loved the hotel. Had a great experience. We stayed in room 2321 I think, and my only complaint is that the heater made a loud rattling sound whenever it came on. Would definitely stay here again.

Still and excellent hotel, needs some updating

We have stayed at the Warwick many times over the years. Great location, walkable to the MET museum, the opera, Guggenheim, and anything around times square and the theatre district. Beds and rooms are comfortable, breakfast is superb, BUT this time it felt a little tired and in need of some updating. Still an excellent hotel, very old school, and we will be back BUT I think they need to think about bringing some things up to date

This is a dated property but in a great location, and the staff are helpful. They have good electrical outlets for all your devices, but I miss the luxury touches of slippers and robes. A regular breakfast and extra hotel fees added another $100 a day for two people, FYI.

The hotel is okay, location is great, rooms slightly dated, heating made some weird noises at night, gym had no heat so it was freezing. Overall an okay stay.

We would absolutely stay again. This is a perfect NYC location. Valet service was excellent. We had tickets to radio city music hall. The walk was very easy! Breakfast at hotel was delicious. Staff very friendly. Lobby is beautiful.
