The room was so dirty and old, there were so many ants in shower. So disgusting I couldn't stay the night so I found another hotel and left. As I was leaving I needed to store my luggage so I can go eat before I change hotels and they charged $6 cash only to store the luggage which was crazy! I didn't have cash so I dealt with a robot machine which stored luggage for free. This hotel is like flying low cost, they end up charging way more for other things and you end up paying more than a regular hotel and that is if your room is not disgusting and has aunts in bathroom and shower.

The location of this hotel is definitely a highlight — just four blocks from Port Authority and about a 15-minute walk to Penn Station, which made getting around the city convenient. The on-site restaurant was also a plus; I only grabbed a coffee, but it was a solid brew with all the essentials. Unfortunately, the room left a lot to be desired. It was quite small, and everything — including the toilet — was in the same open space. That setup isn’t ideal for comfort or privacy, especially if you’re not traveling alone. The elevator situation was another frustration. To get to your room, you need to take one elevator from the lobby to a main level, then switch to another to access the guest floors. It added unnecessary time and hassle, especially during busy hours. The biggest issue, though, was finding a roach in the bathroom area on the last night. Definitely not what you want to see in any hotel room. Overall, while the location and convenience of the restaurant were positives, the room layout, elevator logistics, and cleanliness concerns mean I won’t be staying here again
