This was the 3rd time I've stayed at this hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms each time were clean and spacious. 2 of the times we stayed we attended concerts at the Prudential center which made our concert experience even better with it being attached directly to the concert venue. We will definitely be using this hotel for future stays!

I paid for breakfast, the first day we were told the worker in the kitchen did not work so, no breakfast was available, but to my surprise, the breakfast was only a croissant and a coffee. This very very disappointing. When I paid for breakfast in my package I was looking for breakfast, if I wanted croissants and coffee, could have gone to Dunkin’ Donuts.

Hotel is amazing. Room was great.. we opted for the pre pay room so it included breakfast and the options for food were great. You do order at Starbucks which was a little confusing but I asked at the desk.
