I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. There was plenty of free parking and multiple doors to get into the hotel with your keycard. I arrived at nighttime and accidentally booked a handicap room so when I got into the room and saw the open shower without doors I immediately went to speak to front desk and they had no problem giving me another room. My favorite part of the stay was the spacious rooms and the free breakfast. I would return and stay at this hotel.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn and found the hotel to be clean and comfortable. However, upon checkout, I was nearly charged a second time despite having prepaid. When I called to resolve the issue, the staff member seemed more focused on the balance due than helping clarify the situation. As a precaution, I had to cancel my card due to potential fraud, which caused a major inconvenience. I was also told a manager would follow up, but I never received that call. Very disappointed with the handling of the issue.

When we first arrive we greeted and checked in with no problem. That was the only good thing our stay. 1 when we went to our room the room door was already open( didn't feel comfortable eith that room felt like snyone can come in) we got our room changed. 2 The shower had hair inside and on the shower door .( DISHUSTING) 3 went to use the iron board it fell completely apart. 4 the sockets in the bathroom did not work along with the cover hanging off the wall. 5. Wash cloths was very dingy. 6 When my wife went downstairs to front desk to explain all that was wrong. They looked at her if she had 20 heads. As if we just complaining for mo reason. I would not recommend this hotel. I have photos but i can't upload them.
