Disappointing from start to finish

Pros: Room sizes (6 birth) are fantastic

Cons: more staff, and less noisy guest!

Location: Great location, out of main drag. Was fantastic for local cycling (road), had bikes delivered to hotel, and lived in room with us.

4th visit to hotel. Since brand change to Ona, hotel has gone down hill big time. Only one member staff at reception, which isn't great when people checking in. Room's always spacious (2 bed & sofa bed 6 birth). Major issue we had was on Tuesday 31st, it was trick or treat and around 7 rooms had been rented for the night, by teenagers/early 20's who were partying with loud music & alcohol all night, something we were not prepared for!!, or the other holiday makers staying here. We complained to reception, but was told its what we do in Spain this time of year. Sadly our last visit

Been this hotel about 12 times before under diamond resorts and the cleanliness and gardens where keep soot on , think the hotel has slipped a bit since ona have taken it over the corridor and room was never moped in all the time I was there .

Great value for money

It was a nice comfortable stay Although the pool was out of service the jacuzzi was nice and hot Free internet on beach Good 20 mins walk to beach which is no problem Shops and lidle nearby so made up for the many restaurants closed for the season

Trip with friends )

Good value for money. Location its only Ok, because without car is too far from beach and centre, shops and bars. Apartment was in good condition and comfortable. Wifi should be free for guests, you have to pay 7euros per day (

Gorgeous!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Garden Lago Alcudia. Excellent value for money. Staff very informative and friendly. Apartment was lovely, spacious, immaculately clean and had everything we needed. Location good. Not on the main strip (which is not a bad thing) but only a 5 minute walk. Overall highly recommended and this hotel would definitely be my first choice if/when I go back to Alcudia.

Great place to relax

Family of four, enjoyed all the amenities,staff,and cleanliness. Great place to relax. Central to many shops, restaurants and water/ outdoor activities. Situated in a quiet area of Alcudia. Only negative, very expensive Internet .
