Check in was okay. I got my breakfast coupon rate. Breakfast buffet. Was not allowed to take food upstairs due their policy. Was difficult to eat with two toddlers without making a mess. Server never checked in on us. Felt uncomfortable. Dinner closed at 9pm. I order door dash for dinner options. I wanted the food to be delivered all the way to the room due to traveling with two toodlers. Had to get them half ready to met the delivery guy in the cold lobby. Also was not able to get any alcohol due to hotel rules. Was stressful.
