Elaine at the front desk was especially kind and helpful and Ralphie, the driver of the shuttle bus, made sure that we were headed to the correct Hampton Inn Newark Airport and made sure to let me know how to book the shuttle back to the airport at the end of my trip and where I would be dropped off.
