i thought airport shuttle would take me right to my terminal. However, I had to go from your hotel to an air train, to a bus...that was false advertising as to how easy it would be to get from lodging to airport. disappointed in that! Room was good but lighting was terrible! need more lights or brighter bulbs.

For a hotel right next to the airport, they need to cater better for travellers who have lost luggage, or are delayed in transit. Apart from toothpaste and toothbrushes, they had nothing else to offer, nor was there a lot to purchse from their convenience store.
