Best place I've ever stayed. The staff was so friendly, the accommodations were so nice, the room was in fantastic shape, the town was walkable. Across the board everything was 10/10. If I can help it I will stay here every time I'm in Newport going forward.

Nice large suite. Welcome bag of snacks at check-in. Water and ice brought to your room. Daily breakfast of pastry, yogurt, fresh fruit, OJ, coffee, and tea delivered to your room. Roof top deck accessible during warm, clear days. Comfortable bed and nice shower with rain shower and hand held shower. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash pump bottles in the shower. Just a couple of blocks away from restaurants and shops. We enjoyed staying here. Ask for a ground floor room. Otherwise you will be lugging your luggage up stairs.

Wonderful stay! A wonderful breakfast was delivered to our room daily, the hotel was very walkable to all of the downtown areas (which is huge since parking in Newport is a nightmare), and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Will definitely return!

We had a great stay at Mill Street Inn! The property is in such a great location - walking distance to SO many things, but still lovely and quiet location. We had one of the duplex townhouses that had a balcony which was amazing! Loved having breakfast delivered each morning and sitting out on the balcony enjoying the great weather! Can’t recommend enough!

Everything was amazing from start to finish at the Mill Street Inn. My husband and I don’t want to stay anywhere else when we visit Newport. It’s a wonderful hidden gem of a hotel. We absolutely loved our stay. The Inn has 3 suite options. studio, deluxe suite and townhouse suite (roof top balcony view). We stayed in a deluxe suite. It was great so clean, spacious and bed was so comfortable. Wifi was great no issues at all. It’s the perfect location for everything in the area. We walked to everything in town. It was truly a wonderful stay. We can’t wait to come back!
