Great little hotel

This was a great little hotel. Our family loved it. We will be back. Ali at the front desk was amazing. Thanks everyone for a wonderful vacay.

Horrible Experience - Never Coming Back

Our Stay here began with an argument with the manager at the front desk. We requested a refrigerator at the time of booking, almost a month in advance. This is standard in most hotels. This manager actually threatened to cancel our stay over this argument over the refrigerator - with my daughter and wife standing there, exhausted from our trip. I wound up having to apologize to this jerk just to keep my room - over a damn refrigerator that I requested a month ago. And then we go up to our room - and guess what - there was a refrigerator in the room the whole time! He's the "manager" and he didn't even know! He threatens to cancel our trip, gets in a huge fight with his guests and doesn't even know he had a refrigerator the whole time? What in the heck am I paying for here? Then we go upstairs, the door to our room was wide open unable to even close - they sent maintenance, but felt uneasy the whole time that our door to our room wouldn't stay closed. The room was in deplorable shape. Cracked ceilings, peeling wallpaper, ripped carpets - and my wife and I had headaches the entire time we were in our room. The pool was closed for two days of our trip. The friendliest people on our trip were the other guests! I honestly couldn't have booked a worse experience. Never going back again.

We liked the pool, staff was excellent and the breakfast was delicious. They had sauna but unfortunately was out of order. Lots of parking which was included with the stay.

We had the family room with balcony for March Break. The hotel was in fair condition, I liked the balcony view, the room was clean, it was close to Clifton Hill..BUT..the carpet in the room had a few rolls on it, we were missing a light bulb at the entrance when coming in the room, the shower didn't have much hot water in the morning, and the pool was cold, the kids didn't enjoy it. Also breakfast only ran for 2 hours (7:30-9:30am) which is not very convenient for those that want to sleep in a bit late. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at a fair price.

The pool area was so nice with a New Orleans feel but one you passed that the rooms were dirty, outdated (even the phones still say hampton inn from 2013), table tops dirty, burn mark on desk, damaged lamps... the awards on the wall stopped after like 2018... would i stay again... to sleep sure... for luxery in the falls area no.

We stay here regularly, it is showing its age, still great value especially with kids. Lots of space to socialize outside of the rooms. You can use the tables for games, and other take out meals. Pool in the middle is great. The breakfast could have a few more options like fruit or yogurt.
