The hotel is in a great location, close to all the main attractions. However, it's in need of a major renovation. The hallway is small and outdated, and while the rooms are spacious, their decor feels old-fashioned.

Hotel is in need of renovations. Carpets are buckled, wallpaper is torn, chairs are torn, beds are worn out and stained. Air conditioner is not very cold . I would never stay here again. No view. It makes me sad to pay $230 of my hard earned money for this dump.

Terrible beds, walls are thin and can hear everyone walking by or downstairs in the lobby/food area or pool. Pool was always busy but looked clean snd maintained. Breakfast had saussage eggs and bagels/toast. Would of been nice to have pancakes as an option to go woth the cereal. The hotel interior needs alot of work.to update the facility. Alot of patch work was done wallpaper ontop of wallpaper. For the Mmou t i spent im not impressed to be honest and i dont usually wtite reviews. Staff are very nice and helpful. Wifi worked for ny kids so that was good and a convenient location.

I recently had a wonderful interaction with a staff member who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She resides in Canada and kindly shared some great recommendations for restaurants that are especially appealing to children. Her insights were thoughtful and much appreciated. The hallways smelled like sewage and would come into our room.

I like that the Clifton hill attraction was in walking distance, parking and wifi was included. Nice they had small variety of complementary breakfast. The bathroom could have been cleaned better it’s an older set up but not too bad. The bathroom did make a noise like the water was running when it wasn’t.

The building is pretty old and outdated , I question the structural safety of the building it appears as some of the hallways - the concrete floors are dipping and are cracked . The first room they gave us was filthy there were hairs all over the bed and blood stains. They transferred us to a second room that was a little bit more clean, but still pretty dirty and outdated . The room had a slider door that you could go out to the foyer and have breakfast or access to the pool, but they put tables for people to eat at in front of the slider door so when you’re in your room and you wanna leave, there’s people eating literally right in front of your door The breakfast staff were very attentive and friendly. All the staff were very friendly, but that building needs serious legal updates. I don’t know how this place passes any type of inspections to be run as a business
