Good accommodation for two-day getaway.

Our overall opinion of this hotel was good. Excellent, friendly, speedy check-in service. Room was surface clean but carpet needs to to be deep cleaned. Sufficient toiletries and lovely plush towels in the bathroom, however we had to keep the fan/light at all times because of the nasty sewer smell.

The surrounding area was a walking distance, even the restaurant and the amusement and the casino as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

Enjoyable stay

The stay was very nice for us.. perfect location and convenient to the restaurants and attractions. Room was excellent however one suggestion would be to have thicker drapes for the windows especially facing Stanley Ave because the lights kept us awake due to the light curtains the hotel currently have. Otherwise this is a hotel we would come back to. ❤️

Lovely family weekend getaway, proced more inexpensive than other hotels around, with decent conditions and amenities. Vending machine was out of order, and room smelled a funky for summer (stayed in the winter and didn't notice that same smell), but was worth it, as we didn't spend much time there anyways. Pool is near with the indoor and outdoor option, sauna and hot tub were an inportant find for us. Used the gym a few tiems, abd although the cables were in need of replacement (repair attempts obvious), it was great to have the opportunity to still keep most of my daily routine. Good for a lower scale hotel for sure!

The only positives I can mention about this hotel are the relatively decent pillows and its convenient location — close to Clifton Hill, restaurants, and the falls. Unfortunately, everything else about our stay was extremely disappointing. Upon check-in, we witnessed a disturbing incident: an adult male defecated in the hotel lobby, right outside the public restroom. Shockingly, the manager witnessed the entire event and did not respond, acknowledge it, or offer any form of apology to the guests who saw it. This complete lack of professionalism and basic hygiene standards was unacceptable. The hallways had an overpowering smell reminiscent of urinal cakes, which set the tone for the rest of the property. Our room, while spacious, was very outdated. The wallpaper was peeling, the air conditioning left the room with a damp, musty feel, and the overall environment was unwelcoming and poorly maintained. We will not be returning to this hotel and strongly advise others to look elsewhere for accommodations in Niagara Falls.

The room was ok. It had a weird smell when you first walk in and the AC was not ice cold. The toilet malfunctioned 1 time which required maintenance but was resolved in a timely manner. The pool was refreshing and clean. The beds were comfortable. We stayed 3 nights so we did not get housekeeping services but we were able to get more toiletries by tracking down a housekeeper in the hall. The hotel itself is within walking distance to Clifton Hill and the falls. Parking is $20 per night and one night we found it difficult to find a spot but were finally able.

This property was very convenient. It was so close to the attractions and walking distance to the falls. It had plenty of parking. The indoor and outdoor pool were both nice. Our only complaint was that our room smelt like pee. Not our bathroom but our actual bedroom. We didn’t complain because we knew we wouldn’t be in the room much.

One of the strangest hotels I have stayed in. House keeping is every three days for eco reasons. However, miniature toiletries are used, cardboard cups instead of mugs and glasses. You can’t request housekeeping at reception for the next day. You have to ring on the day you want it. The balcony was tiny and had only two chairs. The pool was a nice addition once you got used to people in the car park walking past you.
