I've stayed here a few times with no issues and left happy with my experience but this time was not great unfortunately. It started with arriving with the room being ice cold! It took approx 7 hours to warm up as the heater was only blowing luke warm air. My wife saw a couple bugs in the shower and last there were very limited tv channels. I didn't come here to watch tv but it is winter and we were getting away from home for a night. I did advise the staff about my experience upon checkout. I'm not sure if I'll return.
