- overall cleanliness of the room. We found mini dove cream bottle w lipstick all over the bottle showing someone had clearly used it and it not been replaced, as well as the conditioner bottle was almost empty. - smudges on mirrors - room looked dated - staff were very friendly and approachable but room was not what we expected and not up to a clean standard you would hope based off of cost.
