Nice hotel in a great location. The room is clean and comfortable. I stayed in a 2 bedroom white with my family. There was plenty of space for my husband, our 2 daughters and myself. You can walk out to shops, restaurants, and the beach is maybe a 5 min walk. Very centrally located. The only drawback is the hotel is on a walkable street only. The taxi will only be able to drive you a half a block away. We had a lot of luggage so this was a bit inconvenient. If you can get over that inconvenience, you will be happy with your stay:

Perfectly located in the heart of Old Nice! Right near so many restaurants and the English Promenade. They have AC and an elevator which is always a must when traveling! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. If I were to critique anything, it would be to increase the water pressure of the waterfall shower.

Property was tremendous. Only negative was the shower drain smelled faintly of sewer. I think there may be a leak in the drain downstream. Noticeable when entering the room. Other than that, it was tremendous.

Better than expected

Exceptional sized rooms. Perfect pied a terre for exploring the Cote d'Azur. Felt like coming home rather than coming back to a hotel room. Having the little kitchen and a washing machine makes it worth it.

The hotel has a wonderful location. The area is very walkable. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The only issue that we had is that the air conditioning had not been turned on for the season when we arrived, so we had to make do with a fan in the room. But we did love our suite.
