Well let's start by saying this was our 25+ times stay at Holiday Inn Aruba. Great staff, great beach location, clean room & close many restaurants & activities right outside the resort. Cannot praise the entire staff each & every time we are there. Even management walks around & speak with us. Can't wait to plan 2026 Aruba !

Everything about the Holiday Inn and Aruba is beyond excellent! We've been coming here since 2018 and we will continue to come every year because the staff, the venue, the restaurants, the beach, everything is perfect! We always have so much fun at the bars with Jacqui, Victor, Calvin, Andres....everyone! They are all amazing! The servers at the restaurants are incredible! Ana kept our room extremely clean. We love it!

Our room was in the Sea tower. There was VERY LOUD music every night until all hours of the morning. Had I known there was going to be music playing every night I would have asked for a room change. Lost lots of sleep. Hotel needs updating. Bathroom very small. Food was just okay, some were very salty. Would not stay at this location again.

A special thanks to the staff at the guest service desk I believe his name was Eugene. My hair dryer wasn’t working I went to the front desk and was told they would relay the message to staff, but he saw me and asked me is everything was ok. He went and changed it himself. Another special thanks to the guys at the Palm Bar, Victor, Juan Miguel and Josuel. Thank you for such a great customer service and making my nights more enjoyable. The drinks were amazing and their creativeness was top!!!you guys were amazing and enjoyed their vibe!

Some of the problem solving was lacking after a flight cancellation disrupted our timeline. Staff were disorganized in addressing it, but fair and accommodating in the end. All staff were very nice, however and it was a beautiful place to stay.

Our room over looked the pool area. We were in room 6222 and always came back to a clean room. The wait-staff was absolutely phenomenal. They made a person feel very special. Victor, Joshwell, Jose, Edwin, and Augustin eare very very special people. Until we meet again my friends.

What a BEAUTIFUL place. Everyone was so nice. There was always someone cleaning so cleanliness was never an issue. I've been home for a few days and daydreaming about the day I get to go back. There is no question I will choose Holiday Inn.

We travelled with kids and the hotel has horrible food options- do not get all inclusive option. The front desk staffs are very rude and not very supportive. The hotel is going through construction and they start early morning disturbing our sleep. I would stay away from this hotel at any cost.
