Just got back from an awesome stay at the Hotel Riu Palace Aruba, and I'm giving it 5 out of 5 stars. The room was spotless. Bed was very comfortable, everything felt fresh. Perfect for crashing after a long day in the sun. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Everyone from the front desk to the bar folks had big smiles and were quick to help with whatever we needed. Made the whole vibe feel welcoming and relaxed. Food-wise, the restaurants were top notch. Plenty of variety, everything tasted great. The shops on-site were solid too—grabbed a few souvenirs without having to venture far. And the pool and beach areas were fantastic. Right on Palm Beach with that gorgeous white sand and clear water, and the swim-up bar was super convenient. The whole setup just screamed chill paradise mode. Spent most days bouncing between the beach, pool, and a cold drink. Overall, if you're heading to Aruba, this spot is a winner. Would definitely go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Hotel was beautiful. Check in went smoothly but not overly friendly. Staff was constantly cleaning throughout the hotel and very attentive in the restaurants. Food was good but not gourmet. Only real complaint was the construction but understand it has to be done.

This is our second time staying at Riu. One of the reasons we chose Riu was for the steakhouse. We were very disappointed that it is only available every other day. We did not see that on the Riu website. The Italian restaurant does not offer traditional Italian foods The rooms and pool were very nice. Staff weren’t as friendly this trip. Very rarely a smile except from the housekeeping staff. Most likely will not return

We love the RIU, this was our 4th year and we will be back again next year! Rooms are all new and beautiful, staff was great, weather is always perfect and it’s the best week every year! Resort is beautiful, tons to do, great shows, live music and food always available! The town is also a short walk with tons of shops, restaurants, fun bars and live music!! Highly recommend!!!

We booked a ocv room and had a building directly in front of us with a pov Rm 720 &719. We paid additional $1000 for those rooms. They offer a $590 resort access credit, very misleading. When we inquired to get a massage which was $180 they told us we could get $25 credit toward that. Lastly we were advised that there was going to be construction on the bar restaurant that was supposed to be finished in December but they had a whole wing of the hotel under construction with loud noise and some areas cut off during the whole stay. The kiddie camp was closed. The playground was closed. We were traveling with a four-year-old . Again it was very misleading. The staff was wonderful ,very courteous.

This is our second visit to Hotel Riu and will definitely come back next January, with more family. staff was excellent; we had a problem with our room when we first checked in and asked for another room, staff immediately took action and we were able to get another room the next morning. Food is very good, the amenities are outstanding. Everyone very friendly

Despite the reputation of the RIU properties the room was embarrassing. Outdated with zero amenities. The first night we slept with blankets because they were “out”. They claim to have a nicer side of the property but you don’t know where you are staying until you get there.

The hotel was amazing! The food was delicious, and the swimming pool was gorgeous! Was a wonderful place for myself and my family!

Staff and room was clean and the amenities were nice. The food wasn’t really that great; we ended up going off the resort for food. We also booked the adult only side and ended up in the family side, which ended up being fine because it was more lively anyway.

Everything was terrific. Pool water was not heated so it was cold. But it was also January. Loved it all. We will be back!
