Our room 716 needed work. The safe was broken, unable to access or set a code. Had maintenance come in to repair it, but it never worked correctly. Light bulbs were burnt out, caulking around sink was clumped up causing the sink to separate from the wall. The toilet flush button didn’t work, took several flushes with every use. It took at least 5 minutes for any hot water to reach our room. Amenities were limited, at one point we couldn’t find a Washcloth anywhere. Searched every stash closet on every floor from the 7th floor down…not one washcloth. Finally found someone who took me to the laundry room where I was handed 1 washcloth that I could use 😐

This was a nice place to stay. Our heat wasn’t working the first night, but after a few phone calls they fixed it. Atmosphere was nice and valet staff was very good. Also, enjoyed the bar area and the bar staff.
