On the way to Chena Hot Springs only 1 hour away, 2 miles from Ft Wainwright back gate, The Alaska Garden Paradise North is a 320 square foot fully ADA Accessible Room with Bath Studio Apartment located in a private home in the Lakloey Hill area. This is brand new construction. There is a Private Entrance on the side and the suite is soundproofed from the rest of the house and has in-floor heat. The apartment opens on a private courtyard filled with flowers during the summer. There is one queen size bed and a an ADA private bathroom. Amenities include a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, television with ROKU and a table that seats 4.
Located in a quiet county neighborhood with plenty of privacy. Plenty of parking and vehicle plug ins for wintertime. Great for Aurora Viewing
