Excellent staff, very helpful and welcoming. We arrived at the hotel early, however, they had our room prepared quickly so we did not have to wait. The room was clean and we had wonderful views of the ocean, the pool and gardens. The food variety at breakfast was too good. We had a great stay at Hotel Nikko Bali and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bali.
