Hotel design is gorgeous! Staff is super nice, rooms are large and food is excellent! The hotel is very, very big! It caters especially to families with little kids as it provides nannies, playgrounds and pool activities for kids. There is an absolute lack of communication at the front desk/reception/reservations. We had back to back reservations which took them a while to find even though that I was in communication with the hotel via email prior to our arrival, where they confirmed that. Also made airport transfer arrangements through he hotel prior to arrival which they couldn’t find upon check in, took a picture of my emails for their reference and the day prior to check out they were surprised again with the airport transfer.

One of the best hospitality we’ve received in Bali, and Asia. Modern amenities with a touch of zen and Bali taste. Lots of selection of restaurants. Various kids activities on offer. We stayed 4 days 3 nights didn’t need to leave the hotel at all. Highly recommend for family with kids.

The hotel’s architecture is grand and impressive, and all the facilities are very well maintained. The pool has a romantic and charming atmosphere. Each restaurant has its own character, and the food is delicious. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and the bedding is very comfortable. Most importantly, the service is excellent — every staff member is friendly, warm, and always ready to help. The entire hotel gives a wonderful sense of comfort and happiness, perfect for a relaxing vacation.
