Absolutely amazing and beautiful. They are having construction next door but besides that this place is amazing. We stayed for one night in the suite with a pool and let me tell you I wish I would’ve stayed here longer. Staff were so sweet and helpful. We ate at the Japanese restaurant, they went above and beyond to make my birthday dinner extra special. We also ate at their reef beach club and the food and drinks were delicious. Definitely recommend staying here and hope to be back in the future.

The staff were discreet and attentive always providing friendly service. As a five star resort, the property delivers with jaw dropping views from the lobby, and an unforgettable experience, ideal for weddings or a dream vacation. I have travelled the world and this is the best hotel I have stayed in. Apart from the luxury and beauty, the staff are amazing and so helpful and respectful. The food in the villa lounge is outstanding and the facilities are great. We enjoyed the hotel so much we didn't even want to see the rest of Bali. Hotel was very average - not a true 5* not been maintained since built. Was way too crowded couldn’t get a sunbed all day. Not kept up to standards a lot of repairs needed. Area has development around noise all day next door hotel being built. Can hear noise in corridor in morning and night not peaceful. Breakfast was good but too busy, on last day waited 45mins for eggs and order came cold. We stayed at Jumeriah Bali as well this was a true 5* so if you plan to relax and do nothing this is perfect location with brilliant service. Apurva the pictures and structure is good but don’t let that mislead you to booking a lot of other better hotels. You feel like a number at this hotel not personalised at all.

What an amazing resort! This was the most visually stunning resort we’ve ever seen. And we have been to many. Amazing food quality, and extremely helpful, friendly staff. Balinese hospitality at its fullest. From the underwater restaurant, to the pools and beach club, that had a DJ every afternoon till night time. It’s a very large resort with many guests, including those that come for the day, or to the restaurants. Special shout out the staff at the Reef club and restaurant.
