The thing that I did not like about this property was the phone didn't work the safe didn't work the refrigerator didn't work it was just a daunting experience they were doing construction over our room so I had to get another room on a lower floor after the room was exchanged it was fine but it wasn't a very pleasant experience

I was unable to check in at the check in time until 3 hours after the specified time. The front desk woman, named Martha was rude and was not helpful when I was not able to have a room at check in. She told me and I quote “we had a late check out so your room isn’t ready so I’m not sure what to tell you”. I had no response because I was in disbelief. I tried to contact the hotel manager and Expedia regarding the unacceptable wait time and rudeness of their employee.

Seaside unwind

Great hotel, right by the beach, unfortunately too early in the season for the outdoor pool to be open but the indoor pool was great. Staff were friendly and efficient and the Touch of Italy restaurant was great.

This hotel was nice and had an indoor pool. This was important as it was not hot enough to go to the beach and the seasonal outdoor pool was not opened yet. The restaurant onsite was very nice and served good food and drinks.

Nice Stay

The staff were top notch. Everyone we encountered at the desk was fantastic and super helpful. The rooms are starting to show their age. The carpets are horribly dirty but the room was clean overall. We were hoping to use the fire pits since it was still a bit cool at night but they are evidently only open when the outdoor pool is open. The Italian restaurant in the lobby is delicious. Indoor pool and hot tub were nice and there is an arcade as well.

Quick relaxing getaway

I've been coming here for years from the old to the new we support this hotel. They are always looking for ways to improve. I'm not fond of all the front desk stafff these days but still enjoyable. Even through the construction they did everything possible to accommodate my family.
