Details include 1 lg. bedroom located on 2nd floor with 2 queen beds and queen size sofa bed in L/r. snack bar, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, W/D area. One Bathroom. 2 tv's with cable/wifi. Parking lot has common area with North side park and bay which has playground biking paths, kayaks , paddle board and hosts events, concerts with ice cream sundaes, crabbing. grocery store, bar, Uber bagels(best bagels on Island. Be ready to wait in line) , Ocean is a 2 minute walk . Tony Lukes steak house. Chipotle, New Bourbon street Restaurant and much more right next to condo. Location Location!! Assateque island and ponies 20 minutes away. Boardwalk 10 minutes away.
