This spacious wrap around porch overlooks the canal as well as a 58 acre Northside Park where fireworks are displayed every Sunday night throughout the summer and features walking trails, softball/baseball/soccer fields, fishing lagoon, and playgrounds. Bask in breathtaking sunsets from the top deck which features an outdoor high table and chairs to seat six.

This unit comes with a canal for the water sport enthusiast with access for kayaking and crabbing. Just a short walk to ocean beaches, restaurants, miniature golf, shopping, etc. This bright and sunny unit accommodates 8 guests featuring a king size master bedroom, a queen room, a room with 2 twins, and a pullout sofa bed.
