Watch the water sparkle, the sun rise, and boardwalk activity from this spacious oceanfront condo. There is a large balcony accessible from the living room and master bedroom, and fantastic views of the boardwalk, beach and ocean. The condo is located in the much sought after South Beach building. Enjoy all the building has to offer, from an indoor / outdoor pool, exercise room, 2 car parking, and close proximity to many amusements, shops and restaurants. This particular condo has accommodations for 8, including a King in the master bedroom, a Queen in the 2nd, and 2 Doubles in the 3rd. The owner has also provided 4 smart TV's and free WiFi, so you can work or do school from the beach! The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare full sized meals too. This is truly home at the beach! You will want to come back every year. This property rents Sat - Sat, but there may be a few mini weeks available throughout the summer, check the calendar for availability and nightly rates. This condo is non smoking and animals are prohibited. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Great spot, but.

This is a great VRBO rental. One MAJOR glitch. We had our grandkids with us for the weekend (Friday to Sunday) - they do have school!So, they brought their swimming gear, and we could not get entry into the Indoor pool. It is pretty stupid to have an indoor pool closed when it would have been great for them to swim. It appears there is a communication gap between VRBO and the management firm. BTW, security is great.

Best place on the boards!

Well stocked, beautiful and clean. Perfect location on the beach. My family had a great time! The garage parking was a plus during the bit of rain upon arrival. So much to do within walking distance.

Amazing

We stay in Ocean City every September and have never stayed in the same place twice. That will change starting next year. I cannot say enough good things about this property. It has everything you need and even things that you don’t. It is immaculate and kept beautifully clean. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and will certainly be back next year!!!!
