The carpet in the room we were assigned had been cleaned that day and was not dry under foot and the cleaning chemical smell was overwhelming. The Receptionist happily changed our room, but unfortunately the new room was really musty and uncomfortable to sleep in. We didn’t try a third room, just put up with the second room. This was our first night away of a three week trip and the first night ever at this brand of hotel. Not the best start for the trip, but luckily we hadn’t booked any more Candlewood Suites & will avoid going forward.

Best extended stay in MWC

Several good restuarants close by. We had 4 night stay and I must say the bed was by far the best I have ever slept on. I have back, shoulder and leg issues and slept like a baby all night. 20 Stars for the bed. Room had ice maker in full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, electric cooktop and garbge disposal. Set a dishes and silverware. Just like home. We come to the OKC area at least every 2 months for healthcare specialist and will stay here every trip. We are extremly happy we found Candlewood Suites.
