You had to park in a garage and needed to call the front desk to have the elevator sent to the garage if you didn’t have a room card to summon the elevator. Laundry machines were cheap. They overbooked so we couldn’t get the room we reserved. We were given an upgrade at no extra charge.

Our stay was really good besides us having to change rooms because the people ne t to us were being super loud. The front desk was super nice about tje issue and the security went to talk to them too. Nice pool for kids to swim in and good breakfast

Getting a whirlpool tub was the best decision. The only problem was the slamming of doors I could not fall asleep because people were going in and out of their rooms. I couldn’t tell if it was the room above me or below.

I chose this hotel because it said, microwave and mini fridge. I got a mini fridge but, no microwave. I'm not happy. Why say in the description that the room has a microwave, when it does not??
