The hotel was right beside construction site that worked to early in the morning then I went down for breakfast and they wanted $14 for a waffle or an egg.. totally ridiculous

The staff doesn't make you feel welcomed. All business and no friendliness. My bed and pillows were super comfy buy my bedsheet was dirty and stained. When i informed them at the desk they said thank you for letting them know. Restaurants close at 9. Too early 10 would be better. Especially if there's professiknal games that go last 9.

Rocky start, but overall decent stay.

It was a large hotel. So, I understand that there is an immense demand on the support & maintenance staff. However, upon entering, I noticed that the premises were overdue for a remodel, including massive upgrades. With the enormous amount of carpeting throughout, I had substantial concerns regarding cleanliness and dissemination of pathogens. In addition, my room had premium TV receiver, ice bucket, iron & ironing board removed (or omitted). Otherwise, my room was quiet comfortable & the staff was kind, cordial & accommodating (including, during my repeated requests for resolution of the aforementioned matters and addition inquiries). Their professionalism made my issues with the noted omissions manageable and far less vexing than reasonably plausible.

The carpet was soaked outside of the bathroom door. The sheet had blood on it from a previous person. I hate that you can’t talk to an actual person and only to an AI robot. I had to walk down to the front desk just to get a question answered. The front desk was friendly and the staff in the restaurant were very friendly. We won’t be staying there ever again.
