Minha experiência neste hotel foi, sem exagero, a pior que já tive em um resort no Brasil — e olha que já me hospedei em diversos lugares dentro e fora do país. Infelizmente, este deixou muito a desejar em absolutamente tudo. Desde a chegada, o atendimento foi desorganizado e pouco acolhedor. A equipe parecia despreparada para lidar com os hóspedes, faltando cordialidade e eficiência. O check-in demorou muito mais do que o esperado, e não houve qualquer preocupação em tornar a chegada agradável. As instalações, que nas fotos parecem excelentes, na prática mostram sinais claros de falta de manutenção. Quartos mal cuidados, limpeza abaixo do esperado e áreas comuns que não condizem com o padrão que um resort deveria oferecer. A alimentação foi outro ponto extremamente decepcionante. Pouca variedade, qualidade questionável e reposição lenta nos restaurantes. Em alguns momentos parecia mais um refeitório comum do que a experiência gastronômica que se espera de um resort. As áreas de lazer também não impressionam. Estrutura mal aproveitada, atividades pouco organizadas e falta de atenção aos detalhes que realmente fazem a diferença para quem está viajando para descansar. Considerando o valor cobrado e a proposta do hotel, a experiência simplesmente não corresponde. Já tive experiências muito melhores em resorts no Brasil e no exterior. Infelizmente, este lugar deixou a sensação clara de descaso com o hóspede. Não recomendo e certamente não voltaria.

Os profissionais são excelentes, no quarto a cama é confortável, sofá cama um pouco duro pra dormir, sendo desconfortável. Valeu por poder fazer o checkout e continuar nas piscinas até às 18h. Não valeu ter que pagar taxa extra pra fazer o check in às 10:30, pensando na nova lei das 24h de diária, sendo que o check out é às 11h e o check in às 14h.

Os serviços oferecidos pelo hotel não condizem com o formato de atendimento do local. Check in extremamente lento. Pedi para abastecer o frigobar 04 vezes no mesmo dia, a atendente até brincou: “o frigobar é sempre uma surpresa”. Local do café da manhã extremamente desorganizado. Café com cheiro de torrado. Apenas uma única mesa ode tinha café e bebidas quentes para atender um salão onde deveria ter umas 120 pessoas. Um atropelo! A limpeza do quarto estava bem ok. Os funcionários bem educados, mas a estrutura tem que ser adaptada pra atender os hóspedes a altura do valor da diária! Não faz jus ao nome de resort não! Nunca mais volto!
