Staff is not trained. I asked about parking because I saw signs saying it's pay. Staff said "your fine." Found note on my car next morning with QR code to pay. Asked desk they said if I join Bonvoy it's free or 10.00 per day. Nothing anywhere about paid parking. Fee was 15 per day. Where did they find front desk staff? Took a tiny cart in the empty lobby and said they were small. Desk agreed. Then on the way out saw normal size carts we could have used. Staff told me they "space out" after check out with people checking in. Well that's a great excuse then. Nothing to see here...they must have been watching something on thier cell phones. Useless front desk staff. Still like the property and location and the new Starbucks close by is great.

A nice room but Marriott dated. The curvy couch (which I saw in another room/location many years ago) looks cool but not very functional anduncomfortable. My biggest gripe is charging for parking or sign up for rewards. In Omaha Nebraska??!! I counted 10 cars in the very large parking lot. Come on Marriott, you're not that important/fancy anymore. Overall a nice stay but it's not 1990 anympre.
