too many inconveniences

The stay was ok. Garage access to hotel was inconvenient. Inability to adjust room temp from the room was not good. We saw the elevator notice about needing to call the front desk to adjust room temp after we had been cold in our room for hours. This should be posted in the room. Breakfast was good. Street noise in the room all night wasn't great.

The mattresses are very uncomfortable and our bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed. Couch is torn on the end. The hallways are nicely updated but our room was in need of updates. And they charge $10 a night to park. Why? It’s just a parking lot. Felt like a hidden fee.

I would give this hotel an 8/10. First we arrived and the concierge was very terse. Granted, she was handling a very unruly wedding party just before us, so maybe she was urate related to that. There was a different night desk person who was extremely nice. The room was clean, bed comfortable. There were scuff marks throughout the room, but maybe the hotel is simply showing its age. The breakfast was amazing and breakfast staff was outstanding. It was freezing in our room, we did have a thermostat, but you have to call the front desk just to change the temp , which at 1am is not ideal.

Great, clean hotel downtown. Able to walk many places if needed. Wasn’t aware we needed to pay to park there overnight, most hotels wave the parking garage as part of the stay but it was $15 for the night so not terrible but I wasn’t aware of this until check in when we were already parked. Great breakfast spread.

we loved everything about this property. Most importantly it was pet friendly they even had treats and a present for our puppy. We really felt like our whole family was welcome. We’ll definitely stay here again and again.

We really liked the hotel! Our only complaint would be that was a rather small room and that it was noisy. Dodge street is right next to it and you could hear the cars while in your room and could hear the doors in the hallway slam shut as well as the people in the hallway talking. Beautiful area and amazing foodand shopping nearby.
