The property was located in a secure quiet community. Plenty of parking. The house was big enough to fit everyone. I do think the upstairs back bedroom should have a king size bed instead of a full.The house was clean a few arears in the house can use some TLC, new shower curtains are needed, there were no wash cloths so we had to use hand towels. The pool was not cleaned and when we called they had someone come out the next day and we still were not able to use the pool. On top of that we were in a 2 1/2 hour power outage that we found out it was just our house and all others around us had power. There was no explanation as to what happened. The wifi continued to go in and out. We had to eat out for lunch that day because the appliances were not working due to power outage. The only positive outlook was the community has a pool for giest to use so we spent our days there instead of a private pool home we were hoping to spend some relaxing family time. I dont like that yiu cant reach a live person to speak with. I will never use them again.

The whole experience for the weekend was excellent about bc it was me and my wife anniversary my daughters birthday and Superbowl weekend all in one I will be booking again loved the townhouse

Not what I expected

The property was tatty. There were various holes in walls and on staircase. The baseboards/skirting boards were dirty. The carpet was old and quite used. Everything had seen better days. The white goods were ok. I did not feel it was good value for money. On arrival there was a party next door until 3am and no wifi. The WiFi was fixed the next day.

We booked this last minute due to a different host canceling our previous reservation the day before we were supposed to arrive. This house was clean, cute and comfortable. They had great communication and willingness to work with us through a chaotic situation. 👍👍

The house was nothing they showed on the booking the furniture was old in the down stairs room the WiFi didn’t work so we couldn’t watch tv for 2 days the sink was clogged up with hair and dirt and etc like somebody dumped mop water in it
