Having and entire house was great! The most comfortable beds and pillows! However, whatever they washed the sheets in (assuming a lot of bleach) cause a fairly significant skin reaction for me, not saying this is the resorts fault. The check in was easy and the staff was friendly. The over all lobby area was clean and pleasant. The grounds were kept up nicely, I can see how hard the staff their works. The pool area was clean and there was plenty of room. The drinks at the pool were a little expensive. Over all a very good experience. We really enjoyed having the sunset walk with all the shops and restaurants and arcade. I wish the water park there wild have been open or that we would have been notified they weren’t going to be as that was park of the reason we picked this resort.

This was the second time I booked with Margaritaville Orlando Resorts in the Cottages! Just as the 1st visit everything was wonderul! The welcoming ay the front desk, the house was beautiful and spotless, everyone had space, and enjoyed their space! The amenities at the resort are great! The pool bar and grill is wonderful, and the on site area for shopping and dining is great!

This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at th Margaritaville cottages and I’m extremely disappointed. We had a caterpillar infestation in the back of the house with webbing and caterpillars everywhere. Someone came the first day looked at it and then never came back. I contacted the front desk 3 times with no resolution in a week. The house had no broom just a dustpan. Staying for a week inn hour with no one coming to clean would be nice to have a broom. The sink sprayed button was broken and would get stuck in and spray all over the kitchen when you turn the sink faucet on. The hot tub never got hot, always stayed the same temp as the pool. Again, I contacted the front desk about all of these issues several times during the week and got no actions. Very dissatisfied this time.
