For the most part, the staff were friendly. However, there were a select few that have no business representing this company. I would also caution that unless you want a power sale situation, stay away from the desk to the right when you first walk into the main building. All they want to do is get you into one of their sales meetings with high pressure sales.
With respect to the elite 5 bedroom cottage that I booked, when I arrived, it was very clear it had not been cleaned. Outside and inside. There was underwear in one of the drawers, stained sheets, crumbs on the counter and kitchen table, dirty Kleenex's shoved in the kleenex box, a massive clump of dirty stuck on the living room floor, the dishes were in the cupboard and drawers dirty and broken, the pool was murky and dirty and there was garbage all over the ground at the front door.
Keep in mind, if you decide to stay here, that there is absolutely no provisions. No butter, no creamers, no sugar, no salt, no pepper. There is also no dish towels or dish cloths. We had very few towels, no beach towels, only a couple of small bars of soap for 5 bedrooms, and definitely make sure you bring toilet paper with you!! At least if they had left a broom or something, I could have tidied up a little.
Our group was very underwhelmed, especially considering I paid extra for the "elite cottage". We called several times, but no one would return our call. We went to the main reception, but no one would take care of it.
